~No Call No Show ~
We kindly ask for a 24 hours advanced notice of cancellation. If less advanced notice is given, we charge $25. If no-call , no-show occurs, we charge full price of service.
~ Noise ~
Keeping a serene environment is important to us. Please silence your phones and talk softly when entering the spa. We love children and pets, but ask to not bring them.
~ Arrival time ~
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 mins prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs. All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Please be aware that late arrivals will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointments and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
~ Payment ~
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks. ALSO NO REFUNDS ON SERVICE ONLY EXCHANGE IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCE.
~ First Time Booking ~
$40 deposit is required for first time clients. This is non-refundable. The amount will go towards your treatment when coming in.
~ Gratuity ~
Gratuity is not included in our pricing but is appreciated. We provide tip envelopes for you at the front desk, or it can be added onto your credit card at checkout.
